顶管掘进机是集机械、液压、电控(含 PLC)、激光和测量等多学科技术于一体的先进的非开挖技术设备。

在管线铺设施工中,  该设备不仅效率高,  而且不影响地面交通,  又利于环保,  还可以降低施工成本。广泛适用于

市政管道工程施工（污水管，自来水管，电缆管道，通讯电缆管道，煤气或天然气管道等），以及煤矿煤层气

输送管道的施工工程中。

目前顶管掘进机及其配套设备已形成系列产品，采用多项新技术，形成多项国家专利，综合性能达到国内

领先水平。

根据不同市政及煤矿管道施工不同的要求，研制出不同口径的泥水平衡顶管掘进机，其中包括 Ф250、

Ф400、Ф600、Ф800、Ф975、Ф1000、Ф1200、Ф1350、Ф1400、Ф1650、Ф1800、Ф2000、Ф2200、Ф2400、

Ф2700、Ф2800、Ф3000、Ф3500、Ф 3600、Ф4000 等系列顶管掘进机，其中可以根据客户相应设计需要口径

的掘进机。

Pipe jacking  machines  are advanced trenchless  technology  equipments integrating  with  machinery,

hydraumatic, electrical control  (PLC included), laser, measurement  and other  multidisciplinary  fields.  In the

construction  of  pipeline  laying,  the  machines  not  only  have  features  of  high  efficiency  and  low construction

cost, but also contribute to environmental protection and will not to affect ground traffic. They are used widely

used  in  pipeline  constructions  of  municipal  pipeline  projects  (sewer  pipe,  water  pipe,  cable  pipe,

communication cable  pipe,  coal/natural gas, etc.) and  the construction of coalbed methane pipelines in coal

mine.

Currently,  pipe  jacking  machines  and  corollary  equipments  have  formed  into  series  with  a  number  of  new

technologies and national patents. The comprehensive performance achieved the domestic leading level.

According  to the  different  demands  for  the  construction  of municipal  pipelines and  coal  mine  pipelines,  we

have developed slurry balance pipe jacking machines with different calibers, including Ф250、Ф400、Ф600、

Ф800、Ф975、Ф1000、Ф1200、Ф1350、Ф1400、Ф1650、Ф1800、Ф2000、Ф2200、Ф2400、Ф2700、Ф2800、
